How we handle your data.
Who we are
Bambynos is a creator agency based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: info@bambynos.agency.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms: company or name, email, social handles, campaign details, portfolio links, and the message itself. We do not buy data and we do not track you across other websites. If you book a call: your name, company, email, phone number if you give it, and the time you chose.
Why
To reply to you, prepare a proposal or review an application, and to deliver the work if we start a project. Legal basis: steps before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your request.
How long
Brief and application data is kept for 12 months after our last contact, or for the length of the contract plus the legal retention period for accounting documents.
Who sees it
Our team and the service providers that host our email and website (Google Workspace, Hostinger, Supabase database in the EU, Frankfurt). Creator data is never shared with brands before an agreement is signed, and brand data is never shared with creators.
Cookies and analytics
Nothing is collected without your consent. If you accept the banner, we collect anonymous usage stats: which pages, creators, videos and quiz steps you view, what you click, where you came from, device type and time on the site. A random id is stored in your browser; we do not keep IP addresses or form contents in these stats. The data is stored on our server (Hostinger), in Google Analytics and in Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymized replays of how the page is used, with form fields hidden). We keep it up to 14 months. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site data in your browser or by writing to us.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection. Email info@bambynos.agency and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
